The 9th Annual Russian Culture Festival’s ‘ Russian Autumn ’programme will include art and photography exhibitions, a fashion show, film week, breakfasts, tea ceremony, art and craft workshops and other cultural events showcasing Hong Kong Russian-speaking community.

以藝術和音樂引導參與者運用五種感官擁抱當下，釋放內在潛能。藉着音樂、畫作之間詩意的共鳴傳達正念覺知，連結當下。透過五種身體感官，清晰整合每一刻的體驗，將內在潛能豪無保留地釋放出來，並將其提升至更精緻、更人性化的層次。讓身體沉浸在感官與自我發現之中，建立暢通無阻的連結。
