Synopsis
Anatta was born in Guangdong, China in 1957. He moved to Hong Kong in 1966 and has been resident ever since.
His work explores various possibilities and uniqueness regarding both art forms and content. His natural born talents manifested through his diversified practice, ranging from Representationalism to Abstractionism, from graphic to sculpture, from traditional ink and wash to cotemporary oil painting. Anatta believes that making arts is also his way of understanding life and the world. He projects and expresses his feelings toward everything in the universe and the void through adopting rich themes, changing colours and an open way of thinking.
