A Little Life’s size (the book is over 700 pages long) has matched its impact, and in 2015 Hanya Yanagihara’s second novel was an enormous hit, striking a chord with readers across the world.
In this “modern-day classic” (The Guardian) we follow four male friends as they circumnavigate their way through their tumultuous lives in New York, which are tinged by suffering and abuse but held together by love and friendship. In this session, Yanagihara talks about her remarkable novel.
