Synopsis
With his short fiction published in the Guardian, the Literarian, Fiction International, and numerous other publications, Dr. Rob Magnuson Smith is an accomplished short story writer as well as a novelist. A teacher of English and Creative Writing at the University of Exeter, Smith brings his expertise to lead a valuable workshop on short story writing.
Author Bio:
Rob Magnuson Smith is a novelist, short story writer and investigative journalist. His debut novel The Gravedigger won the William Faulkner Award, and his second novel Scorper will be published by Granta in February 2015. His short fiction has most recently appeared in The Guardian, The Literarian, Fiction International, The Reader, The Istanbul Review, and The Greensboro Review. A dual citizen of the US and the UK, he is also a contributing editor at Playboy Magazine and a Lecturer in English and Creative Writing at the Cornwall campus of Exeter University.
