Synopsis
Junot Díaz won the Pulitzer Prize for his first novel, The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, but he may be better known for his volumes of short stories. Díaz returns to Hong Kong to discuss his latest book, This is How You Lose Her, a collection of short stories that was both an international bestseller and praised as one of the best books of the year by dozens of publications. The New York Times said, “In the new book, as previously, Díaz is almost too good for his own good. His prose style is so irresistible, so sheerly entertaining, it risks blinding readers to its larger offerings.” Join this session and be dazzled.
