April Fringe Jazz: Bowen Li Trio

Pianist Bowen Li, graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London, has become one of Hong Kong's most sought-after musicians. Known for his syncopated, soulful, and sultry playing style, Bowen has performed alongside top artists including Terence Lam, Jace Chan, Ivana Wong, Ashley Lam and many more.

This April, Bowen Li brings in his own trio to Hong Kong Fringe Club, featuring double bassist Nelson Fung and drummer Dean Li. Together, they deliver a dynamic sound shaped by tight rhythm and distinctive jazz interplay.

The setlist will include jazz standards by legends like Herbie Hancock and Wayne Shorter, alongside original compositions from the trio. Expect a night that moves through a range of moods, from mellow and melancholy to upbeat and exciting.
