Learning art not only unlocks personal skills but also unlocks one's happiness and sense of achievement. The Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council Loving Arts Youth Academy 'Art Unlock' Youth Development Project integrates positive psychology and arts education. Through pop music and dance activities to promote participants' mental health and development. The programme's music participants, together with the Academy's youth bands, will jointly take part in this Fringe Festival performance, using music to unlock happiness for the community.
