An Afternoon Soirée with Young Rising Stars

Serving as an incubation platform for local emerging artists, Classics@fringe will present “An Afternoon Soirée with Young Rising Stars" this Saturday (July 1) from 3-4pm.

Featuring violinist Angela Chan, a top prize winner of the Singapore International Violin Competition, Louis Spohr, Shanghai Issac Stern, Harbin, and Michael Hill International Competitions; American born Chinese cellist Jeff Ho, a recent graduate of the New England Conservatory and pianist Prudence Poon, current a DMA candidate at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.

These 3 young stars will come together for the first time to showcase their exceptional artistry and interpretations of three major chamber works by Mozart, Mendelssohn, and Rachmaninoff.
