Synopsis
Nunchaku has a long history but has not been popularised in contemporary times. In order to promote its value and to let the people of Hong Kong know more about Nunchaku, a nunchaku workshop will be held along the exhibition. Sifu Jerry Lau will teach the following:
- Making DIY Nunchaku
- Nunchaku Theory and System
- Five styles of Pass
- Three styles of Hand rolling
- Eight styles of Wind breaking
- Nunchaku Technique Combinations and Applications
