Synopsis
The oboe and the bassoon, two representatives of the double reed family of instruments, take centre stage in this programme of delightful trio music from France, Germany and Argentina. “A Tale of Two Reeds” showcases the distinctive, colourful and rich timbre of these two instruments. Accompanying them is a piano.
Tinny Cheung (oboe), Tony Liu (bassoon), Chau Lok-ting (piano) and Alan Chu (piano) will present a relaxing evening of music written and arranged for this special combination of instruments.
