The 9th Annual Russian Culture Festival’s ‘ Russian Autumn ’programme will include art and photography exhibitions, a fashion show, film week, breakfasts, tea ceremony, art and craft workshops and other cultural events showcasing Hong Kong Russian-speaking community.

以艺术和音乐引导参与者运用五种感官拥抱当下，释放内在潜能。借着音乐、划作之间诗意的共鸣传达正念觉知，连结当下。透过五种身体感官，清晰整合每一刻的体验，将内在潜能豪无保留地释放出来，并将其提升至更精致、更人性化的层次。让身体沉浸在感官与自我发现之中，建立畅通无阻的连结。
