Set in Shangri-La, the play’s narrative centers on the opposing twin sisters Kismine and Jasmine as each vies to get their hands on the family heirloom - a diamond ‘as big as the Ritz’ - before things turn ugly.
Literature fans will recognize the figures of Kismine, Jasmine and the enormous diamond from F. Scott Fitzgerald’s writing, but that’s where the similarities end. So’s monodrama exposes the meaninglessness of politics ‘at home’ and explores the lifestyles of the ‘filthy rich’.
Online tickets sales of each performing session will stop on show day at 10am. The remaining tickets available will only be on sale at Fringe Club box office.
