This summer, the 5422 Collective is back at the Fringe Club performing a series of big-band compositions and arrangements brought to you by local composers, including Patrick Lui, Tsui Chin Hung, Alan Kwan, Siu Hin Chuen, Andy Lo, Cheng Ming Sum, Tang Ming Chun and Lee Seen Tung.
The 5422 Collective is a Hong Kong-born-and-bred jazz orchestra, founded in 2013 by local composer and band-leader Patrick Lui. From graduates returning home from music schools around the world to local veteran big-band professionals, the orchestra consists of accomplished players from a wide variety of musical backgrounds who share the same keen passion for jazz.
Since making its debut performance at the Hong Kong People’s Fringe Festival 2013, to critical acclaim, the group has performed at the annual Hong Kong International Jazz Day in collaboration with UNESCO and the US Consulate-General Hong Kong & Macau, the Hong Kong International Jazz Festival, the Hong Kong Summer Jazz Festival and the Freespace Happening at the West Kowloon Cultural District, to name just a few events.

- 40 seats plus standing spaces. Seats are first-come-first-served.
- Drink coupon will be distributed at the door.
