Synopsis

(The workshop will be held in English)

With the rapid movements of industrial 4.0, Organizations and individuals are required to be much more fluid than ever before. Leadership agility is what many corporations seek for in their executives in response to the current VUCA market situation.

These leaders utilize their Emotional Intelligence at work, putting people first with a focus on empathy and relationship building. They establish working environments that support collaboration, innovation, and risk-taking. They communicate expressively and authentically. They know how to be present, how to tune in, and how to unleash the creative potential of others. These leadership skills have been proven that can be sharpened through improvisational drama training. Agile leaders create an atmosphere of trust and respect and can be used to settle any conflict.

In the workshop, through the practice and reflection of impro activities, techniques, and principles, students will learn to:

  • Develop a collaborative culture that sparks innovation
  • Understand how one’s presence effects their team
  • Create trust and respect through engaged, authentic participation
  • Take risks, allow mistakes & learn fast
  • Build better relationships at work and in life
  • Bring play and humor into the work environment
