Each year 8 million tons of plastic go into our oceans. We thought we could use plastic once and throw it away with negligible impact to humans and animals. That turns out to be untrue.
We are excited to invite you to meet Craig Leeson, Director of A PLASTIC OCEAN, an award winning documentary film which brings to light the consequences of our global disposable lifestyle. The film shows the shocking truth about what is truly lurking beneath the water's surface. The result will astound you - just as it did our adventurers - who captured never-before-seen images of marine life, plastic pollution, the devastating effects on our marine life, and its ultimate consequences for human health.Craig will talk about his visions, experience, and those unforgettable moments behind the screen. A complimentary film screening will follow.
Special guest: Craig Leeson - Director
