Synopsis
A disgusting and obnoxious smell was wafting up from the basement, so police used a sledgehammer to break down the locked wooden door. The faint glow of a lamp shone through the long stairs, and it seemed that the creaky wooden steps were about to collapse. When the police got to the bottom of the stairs, the suffocating smell was even stronger. It was musty and tasted bitter.
She was found, hanging from the ceiling beams, with her wrists tied. This was the last sentence in the investigation report: “The woman’s head should be eaten.”
