Synopsis

Should you be abided by rules for your living? Would you obey all those rules and stick to standards? There are some people who don't obey the norms long established. What would they turn out to encounter?

Tung Wah Group of Hospitals has been providing children and youth services in Aberdeen district since 1989. In response to the community needs, the centre was converted to an integrated youth centre in August 2000 to provide diversified services for youngsters and their families. Services include school social work, outreaching, youth developmental programs, and district projects jointly held with community.

The annual event of “Beyond the Line Youth Musical” has attracted a group of teenagers who love to dance. JCLTISC therefore established the “Dance Sing Angels” in 2008 and invited Mr. Andy Wong, a renowned dance artist in Hong Kong, to be the Artistic Director. DSA aims at encouraging teenagers to step out of their own community, reach out for the needy and people from different social levels through music and dance performances. They have been visiting the mentally challenged, elderly, chronic patients, single-parent families and children who have lost their parents. Apart from promoting the positive messages of “Loving Life”, DSA also aims to work out the spirit of “Life on Life”, striving for building a harmonious community with “caring” and “joy”.
